East 17 singer Brian Harvey has been banned from driving after going 138mph down the motorway. Harvey denied the charge and said the police had got the wrong car but when the magistrate told him he was banned from driving for 6 months and ordered him to pay a £150 fine and £240 court costs, Harvey said, "The magistrates were very lenient and I appreciate that."
